Design Build

Weil Construction's Design-Build process provides a wide range of preconstruction services that include: input on program development, design and constructability reviews, on-going cost estimates, value analyses, schedule development, procurement planning, logistics planning, quality assurance planning, safety planning, and subcontractor prequalifications, to name just a few of the valuable services. Our preconstruction services are designed to control costs, expedite schedules and promote high quality workmanship to successfully deliver a turn-key facility. Weil Construction has established relationships with many of the region's leading architects and engineers. We can provide the design team, or we can work with an owner's designers.

Construction Manager at Risk

Weil Construction's Construction Management At Risk services provide a variety of preconstruction services that promote cost control, expedited schedules, and quality construction. The process is designed to deliver a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) prior to the completion of construction documents by the design team. The benefits of this approach are that the owner gains the benefit of having the contractor's input during the design, there are no change orders during construction (providing that there are no scope changes post-GMP), and the owner knows what the project will include and exactly what it will cost. Weil's preconstruction services control tendencies towards "design creep" to ensure a quality project completed on time and in budget.

Agency Construction Management

Owner's Representative Services can save owners time and money on large and/or complex construction projects by providing specific design and construction expertise during planning, design, construction and post-construction phases of a project. These services protect the owner's best interests and ensure an efficient and effective process that results in a successfully completed project delivered on-time and in-budget. In most cases, the services more than pay for themselves in cost savings due to our management expertise over the planning/design/construction process. Owners can rest assured knowing they have the construction resources, expertise, and experience in their corner, readily available, to successfully execute and complete any project.
