The project also included the removal and replacement of flood-damaged electrical utility poles, lights, and transformers and associated wiring in the lodging area. The electrical services was changed from permanent to temporary type. Site civil work included the removal of trees within the work area and re-grading the sites for the new cabins as well as demolition and installation of domestic water service pipes and sanitary sewer connections to the existing systems. The new foundation systems were design-build. Weil Construction self-performed all concrete work as well as carpentry, finish work and painting.
