Los Lunas Middle School Gymnasium Renovation
The project involved renovations to the lobby and Gym building, including: replacement of partitions, floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, Gym equipment, new wood floor, and a new roofing system. The facility’s mechanical system was also replaced with roof top units and new ductwork throughout the building. Plumbing work included replacement of fixtures and domestic water piping serving the west side of the building, and partial replacement of sanitary sewer piping in the restrooms. Electrical work included: new panels, power, lighting, and fire alarm, intercom, IT cabling, A/V systems, and card access control rough-ins. The project also included site demolition, utilities, grading, drainage, and concrete and asphalt paving to support a new entry configuration and parking area.
APS Milne Stadium Renovations & Additions
Weil Construction provided construction services in a wide variety of areas at Milne Stadium.
An existing CMU concessions building was renovated and a new storage area and shade structures were added. Weil also built new concrete stairs at the east-side grand stands.
A new CMU concessions building was constructed on the south side of the stadium. New retaining walls were also constructed along with new bleachers, fencing, and signage. New utilities including water lines and electrical upgrades were also installed.
Weil Construction also renovated the old locker rooms and showers located under the grand stand area providing new finishes and fixtures.
